Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and maintenance of policies to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits, managing documentation and facilitating seamless external auditor interactions.
- Create and implement systems for monitoring compliance with established policies and standards, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Prepare and deliver detailed compliance reports to management, outlining key findings and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Stay informed on evolving industry regulations and best practices, proactively suggesting necessary updates to compliance frameworks.
- Address security-related inquiries from clients and prospects, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
Required Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks.
- Familiarity with compliance management tools, especially OneTrust's Certification Automation.
- Experience with security training tools (e.g., Ninjio) is advantageous.
- Understanding of risk management principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving competencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or business analysis, preferably within a technology environment.
